I tend to stick to neutral colors or black when it comes to going out, especially in the winter. It seems that when it is cold, and I am bold enough to go out, all I want to wear is jeans, booties, a silk top and then a blazer or jacket.
I wore this outfit for a double date with friends to a cozy Italian restaurant. I love love this simple black top. I have had it for a while, and still wear it all the time. The blazer has been a staple in my closet since I got it. I love that it has some leather to give it a bit of edge. I am still searching for the right leather jacket, so this is my go to. These boots are a new and very welcome addition to my closet. They are so comfortable and add a bit of lift without being too tall or obviously heels.
In the winter here, it’s impossible to go outside without many layers. This scarf and hat are so warm and soft, and I love this coat for light but very warm layer for walking up to the square. Also, this bag has been a go-to all winter since it has plenty of room to hold my hat or gloves at the bar, while still looking stylish and being cute. You’ve seen these earrings before, but they add a great pop to an outfit. It was so much fun to meet Mackenzie at the #73SpringShop this winter.
